Apple Inc have done it again, they have launched new Apple Mac hardware right in the face of Microsoft, with Windows 7 being released on the 22 of Octomber, Apple Inc were very smart to launch their Apple Mac hardware improved Apple Macs, the 27 inch flat panel iMac with the Intel i5 and i7 microprocessor is the best computer a consumer can buy today at a fantastic price too.

The Apple iPad is a fantastic new way of using the internet email photos and iBooks as well as itunes music and video and Apple Mac games.

I have been out looking at cars again to see how the car market is coping with the recession, some of the worst deals are with small cheap cars, take the Ford KA, the Chevorlet Aveo, the Fiat , the Toyota Aygo, the Toypta io, all of these cars are almost £9000 to buy new, vs a BMW 316d which is £21,000 and is 20 times a better car than most of these cars as well as having fantastic fuel economy as well, the BMW is yes not cheap, but its fantastic value for the money. A lot of the small cars cost a lot to purchase from new, but after 3-4 years some of the cars are worthless ie the Cheveolet Aveo from £9000 to £2800 or less. The BMW 316d will still be worth a lot vs the others. The new BMW X1 is now out in the BMW Dealerships, Keith's first look at the BMW X1 is a bit disapointing, the car seats on the entry level model are a bit basic for a BMW, my local BMW dealership did not show me a BMW X1 with leather seats, this would have made the car a lot better.

Small new cars costing over £8000 are simply very poor value for money, go for a better small car like a BMW 116 or 118d 123d 125d which is a better deal.

Before you purchase a car, look around and make a list of the prices that you have seen, a Fold Dealership was offering a 14,000 ford focus for 11,000 thats a 3000 saving on a new car, a few miles down the road the other Ford dealership has the same car for sale at the 14,000 price, car sales staff will not offer you 1 pence off, unless you ask, if they can see that you are very serios about ordering a car they will then perhaps get keen or more intersted, a lot of people look but do not buy cars.

The www.three.co.uk UK Mobile phone network are now upgrading their network so they can perhaps improve their 3G network coverage, this will allow the three network to introduce new mobile phone handsets like the Apple iPhone and introduce some of the Windows 6.5 Mobile phones on to their network

Windows Mobile 7 is now out, my 1st impression is that its only good on a PDA which has a large touch screen, some of the new Windows 7 Mobile Phones are semi touch screen and this does not work well with the upgraded windows mobile 7 operating system.

Where are the Windows 7 Phones Microsoft, still not in the shops after the product has been launches in the uk.

Being on the Road for most of the time as a Mobile Computer Engineer, i rely on 3G Mobile and Wi-Fi networks, i have found that the www.three.co.uk network gives me the best coverage from my Mobile Broadband 3G Phone, however with the new iphone 4 and ipad the 3G networks are starting to have real speed performance issues in populated areas.

I have also recently obtained a Apple iPhone, which is much better than the Windows Mobile PDA that i was using, i still use the Windows Mobile PDA as a sat nav device in the car, not any more and their is a free sat nav application for the iphone called skobbler which is a open source sav application for the iphone 3GS and iPhone 4.

The new Apple ios4 or ios 4 seeme to have problems with sending email from the Orange and O2 network looks like Vodafone has the best iphone 4 network coverage.
