If you have a slow broadband internet connection problem then simply switching off and on the router can give you a performance boost.
If you are in a new BT Infinity area or in a Virgin Media Fibre Optic coverage area simply contact your service provider to see if they are upgrading the service or performing fibre optic maintenance.
If you can access the internet by using a wired ethernet cable connection from your ADSL or cable router then its most likely that you have a wireless network connection issue or problem.
